EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not totally in love with your new purchase, we are happy to exchange or give store credit (via e-gift card) within 10 days of your purchase date.

 

All item(s) MUST have tags attached and be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage or alteration. Must be free from stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. If the item is in an unsellable condition, you will be notified immediately and the item will be returned to you.

 

Returns are eligible for merchandise mailed back to us within 10 days of your order date and the cost of your item(s) will be applied towards your exchange or a Bandit e-gift card. Once your return is received, we will process as quickly as possible and notify you via email that your item(s) were received along with your e-gift card. You may redeem the gift card online or in the store.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE! No exceptions.

 

Babes, please NOTE: include your packing slip or order number with your merchandise that is being returned. We recommend if not using the prepaid shipping label to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your package. Without tracking, we cannot always guarantee that we will receive your return.

 

EXCHANGES

Due to fast moving inventory and high demand for our products, we encourage you to re-purchase your item if you need a different size or color along with sending back your return. If you choose to wait and we provide the return label, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the merchandise to us as well as shipping cost to send the correct size(s) back. Please note to read the return policy above for any other faqs.

DOMESTIC

Lets keep it simple..

  1. Within 10 days of the purchase date, put all item(s) to be returned in a box/package
  2. Slap the pre-paid shipping label that we will email to you on your box/package.
  3. Please make sure there are no other labels or barcodes on the box.
  4. Ways to ship: schedule a USPS pick-up online, hand it to your local USPS postman or drop it off at a United States Postal Office location near you.

 

Please allow 2-5 business days after we receive your package for your Bandit e-gift card to be issued.. The cost of your package will be deducted from your store credit per returned package.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  1. Within 10 days of the purchase date, put all item(s) to be returned in a box/package
  2. Ship the items you would like to return to the address below and we recommend using any trackable/insured shipping method. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charge.
